JobSource is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to work from home for a Healthcare Industry. JOB DETAILS... Pay Ranges: $13.00/hr Shifts Available: 1st shift Monday -Friday 8AM-5:00PM (Pacific Time) • Must have your own laptop, headset and ethernet connection* Role and Responsibilities • Make regular and persistent phone calls and/or other means of contact with each facility to completeRetrieval of medical records via fax, mail, remote electronic medical record access or scheduling visits at the provider location • Meets established expectations and takes responsibility for achieving results; encourages others to do the same • Effectively communicate with team members and external providers to ensure adherence with challenging project timelines • Consistently models and inspires high levels of integrity, lives up to commitments, and takes responsibility for the impact of one's actions • Increases skills and knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, outreaching in queues and any additional duties assigned • Enhances department reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing goals and exploring new opportunities to add value to job accomplishments • Complete additional tasks as required to support division Qualifications and Education Requirements • Positive attitude, ability to pay attention to detail and utilize common sense • Outgoing and engaging personality with a client service focus • Team player with ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional business partners, external partners, and others • Proficient in verbal and written communication • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and type 35 WPM • Dependability • Make regular and persistent phone calls and/or other means of contact with each facility to complete each order timely Company DescriptionJobSource connects qualified candidates with the country’s top companies.
