Job Description Join a growing and fast paced company. In this position, you are responsible for scheduling appointments to help us secure new customers across the United States and Canada. This involves taking company provided leads, making a high volume of cold calls and scheduling informational phone meetings... This position is work from home, part-time, 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday with 5 hour shifts between the hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm. Compensation is $15/hour with bonuses available based on performance. This opportunity is with WeCare Connect. Responsibilities · Utilize professional and persuasive written and phone-based communication to help WeCare Connect expand its client base · Research and identify potential target clients · Make high volume calls (600+ per week) to contact prospective clients to secure informational meetings · Display professional telephone etiquette and communication skills under all conditions and circumstances · Document all required sales and lead activities in software · Ability to schedule 4 meetings per week Qualifications and Requirements · Enjoys talking on phone · Positive Attitude · Goal and Detail Oriented · Desire to grow and improve · Well spoken · Works well independently with self-guided training · High comfort level with general PC, Internet operation, email and chat technologies · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) · Professional work environment for meeting standards of professionalism free of distraction and noise · USB headset with noise cancelling microphone · Broadband Internet Service · PC capable of running current Google Chrome browser Note: This position is perfect for: · People with previous sales or sales appointment setting experience · Business professionals who would like to work from home · Stay-at-home moms with business and/or sales experience · College students with a business or marketing focus · Direct Sales Professionals Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid time off Shift: • Day shift Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities Application Question(s): • Are you available to work 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am-5:30pm Eastern Time?
