Job description American Airlines Customer Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring positive customer experiences for passengers of one of the world largest airlines. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will assist customers with a range of inquiries, including booking assistance, flight information, and general support, utilizing your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels. Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and upgrades.
