Job Description: Inside Sales Treatment Specialist - Remote As a Treatment Specialist with our team, you'll play a crucial role in virtually consulting and selling our services to both new and existing patients. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to new leads provided by our social media marketing efforts, as well as following up with past patients. With a focus on delivering exceptional service, you'll engage in up to 200 outbound calls per day, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported throughout their journey. Responsibilities Initiate sales process through lead outreach, conducting thorough consultations, and explaining our treatments and skincare line. Build rapport with patients, effectively communicate product and service capabilities, and address any concerns or objections. Identify opportunities for additional services based on patient goals and preferences. Facilitate financing contracts with lenders such as Care Credit and Loan Hero. Meet daily outbound call targets, with one weekend shift required per week. Qualifications 3-4 years of sales experience, with a focus on business development and cold calling. Proven track record of overcoming objections and strong negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and remotely, with a self-motivated attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor. Familiarity with Zoom, Docusign, Slack, and 8x8 is a plus. Compensation We offer a competitive pay structure, starting at $20 per hour, with additional earning potential through uncapped commissions. Our top performers consistently earn between $5,000 to $10,000 in commission each month, with some exceeding $20,000.
