Responsibilities:  Create lesson plans using school provided Curriculum Standards, & Pacing guide  Teach Live- Synchronous  Grade student work  Provide Student feedback Qualifications:  Active US state-issued teaching ELA certification  Must be a fluent Spanish speaker  A bachelor's degree  Ability to incorporate technology and differentiation into your lessons  Proficiency in using virtual teaching tools and resources Required Availability: At least a 4-hour block of availability Monday - Friday between 7:00 am & 5:30 pm (CST) Hardware Requirements:  Laptop or desktop (Windows: 10 or 11) (Mac: iOS 10.14 +)  2 monitors.
