Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fulltime Virtual Core Subject Teacher to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement captivating lessons in core subject areas for K-12 students. • Create and maintain an inclusive virtual classroom atmosphere that fosters student engagement. • Utilize contemporary online teaching platforms to enhance the learning experience. • Regularly monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth. • Adjust instructional strategies to accommodate various learning preferences and needs. Required Skills • Exceptional communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency in virtual teaching tools such as Zoom and Google Classroom. • Ability to build connections with students and cultivate a supportive online learning environment. • Technological proficiency with educational software and tools. • Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in a fast-paced teaching landscape. Qualifications • A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline (Master's degree is preferred). • Demonstrated experience in a K-12 teaching role (experience in virtual education is advantageous). • Valid West Virginia Teaching Certification is required. • Professional Liability Insurance (to be acquired upon offer).
