Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual for the role of Remote Data Entry/Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will manage data entry tasks and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate processing of information while delivering excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities: Â Enter data accurately into systems and databases. Â Verify and update existing customer information. Â Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat, providing support and resolving issues promptly. Â Assist customers with order tracking, product inquiries, and general support. Â Ensure data integrity by reviewing and correcting any discrepancies. Â Process orders, returns, or exchanges efficiently. Â Maintain customer records and file documents as needed. Â Meet productivity and quality targets set by the company. Qualifications: Â Proven experience in data entry or customer service, preferably in a remote role. Â Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Â Good written and verbal communication skills. Â Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
