High school diploma or equivalent required. ? 2 years of experience managing social media accounts (business or personal brand). Skills ? Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.). ? Experience using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite). ? Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Spark preferred). ? Strong writing and editing skills. ? Analytical mindset to track and improve engagement metrics. Traits ? Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented. ? Comfortable working independently and collaboratively. ? Build relationships with followers and foster a positive online community. Analytics & Reporting ? Monitor engagement metrics and track the performance of campaigns. ? Provide insights and recommendations to improve social media strategies. Collaboration ? Work with leadership and team members to align social media content with company goals. ?
