You should apply if • You own your tasks and don't need micro-management. • You are not afraid to make mistakes and get your hands dirty. • You have a get stuff done attitude. • Your work is lightning fast. • You love moving things Requirements: • 2+ years of experience working as an operation specialist, logistics coordinator or customer success manager. • Excellent English skills - both written and oral. • Experience working with online tools like Google Sheets, CRM (Monday/Hubspot), Notion etc • Experience working with the US market. • You can work from anywhere in the world, as long as you are available during US Eastern time zone hours. • Experience working with freight and carriers - a great plus Your responsibilities: • Track and monitor production and shipments of orders to ensure 99% on-time delivery. • Solve logistics and operational problems quickly and efficiently, internally and externally. • Maintain close communication with DHL, FedEx, and other courier to actively track shipments. • Communicate clearly and promptly with our customers and partners regarding open tickets and issues, providing coherent solutions • Collaborate internally with our ops, sales and product team in order to automate and simplify our operations.
