Job Overview: Junior Business Analyst Our client is a leader in Business Development & Consulting. We are looking to hire someone to join a team of 4 -5 consultants, remotely. Salary range is between $85,000/yr – $105,000/yr, with a remote work stipend. The Junior Business Analyst plays a crucial role in executing various aspects of our client’s success, this position is a crucial role in their company. Here you will ensure that the client’s problems and challenges are addressed, and you will create top Solutions that help ensure success. This position focuses on ensuring optimal revenue collection while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships that foster confidence in our client company. Key Responsibilities: • Work collaboratively with a team to identify and address client problems and challenges. • Gather and analyze information, develop and test hypotheses, and create actionable recommendations for clients. • Present findings and recommendations to client management in a clear and concise manner. • Collaborate with client team members to implement recommendations and ensure lasting improvements. • Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance your analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to: • Analyze complex information, identify key insights, and develop innovative solutions to ambiguous problems. • Present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior leaders. • Build strong relationships and work effectively with diverse teams to achieve shared goals. • Quickly learn new concepts, embrace feedback, and continuously develop your skills and expertise. • Demonstrate initiative, take ownership of your work, and inspire others to achieve their best. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, economics, engineering). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning. • Demonstrated leadership potential.
