Job title: Homebound Teacher Company: Weld RE-4 School District Job description : SUMMARY: Responsible for providing one-on-one instruction to meet the needs of students who qualify for homebound services. POSITION: Homebound teacher position available. Must have Colorado teaching license (special education preferred but not required). Must have a flexible schedule and be willing/able to work in flexible learning environments. Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal, and be able to adapt as necessary materials for instruction. Student needs vary depending on condition/reason for homebound instruction, must be able to work with a wide range of ages and abilities. Position reports directly to the Director of Exceptional Student services, but must be able to coordinate instruction and materials between student home building, teachers, and home. SALARY: $30/hour BENEFITS: Weld RE-4 School District offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and life insurance as well as other programs for benefit-eligible employees. In addition, 401(k), 403(b) & 457(b) plans are available to all employees regardless of hours worked and are available immediately (upon hire date).
