Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. • Ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism and empathy.
