This role involves handling customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms. • Provide product information, assistance with orders, troubleshooting, and general support to customers. • Assist customers with navigating the company's website/app and resolving any technical difficulties they may encounter. • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system. • Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions to customers. • Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings. • Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and promotions to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Language(s)]. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
