Collaborate with other teams, such as Sales and Technical Support, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and maintain relationships for future engagements. Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team targets and contribute to the overall success of the department. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and understand customer needs. Exceptional problem-solving abilities to handle diverse customer inquiries and concerns. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining composure and professionalism. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer orders and information. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business requirements.
