Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to the needs of each customer. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve customer issues effectively. 5. Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. 6. Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy, and familiarity with chat software and other relevant tools. 7. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers. 8. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to assist customers and provide exceptional service. 9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. 10.
