Assistant will provide administrative support to three Vice Presidents in Controllership, requiring comprehensive organizational, interpersonal, and prioritization skills. You will need to be proactive in anticipating multi-disciplinary needs and be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition, considering location, experience, and other job-related factors. Skills • Previous experience with a wide range of administrative tasks • Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills • Calendar management and coordination of complex meetings • Planning and arranging domestic and international travel • Strong integrity in handling confidential information • Initiative and capability to work with minimal supervision • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail and timely follow-up • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks proactively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Responsibilities • Act as a point of contact for leaders in a professional manner • Organize and maintain calendars • Prepare for meetings, including logistics and coordination • Support new colleague onboarding • Prepare and process expense reports • Provide detailed itineraries for trips • Process SAP Ariba Buyer orders and other invoices • Liaise with IT helpdesk for technical support • Support special ad hoc projects as assigned Qualifications • Previous experience with administrative tasks • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information • Initiative and capability to work with minimal supervision Education Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required Education Requirements Credential Category • High school diploma Experience Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role • Experience in handling confidential information is preferred Why work in New York, NY New York City offers a vibrant culture, diverse opportunities, and a robust professional environment.
