When you join our dynamic sales team, you become part of a movement that is reshaping the customer experience landscape. What You Will Do: As part of our dynamic team, you will work in a remote call center environment, handling inbound calls and selling home services, including TV/Internet, Phone, and other products, on behalf of esteemed brand partners. Your day will consist of: • 6-week training in a remote virtual team setting • Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • Manage a high call volume, handling 20-25 back-to-back calls daily • Aim to close sales on the first call interaction • Weekly coaching's with a Team Lead • Benefit from a 1-hour lunch and a 30-minute break to recharge during your day What We Offer: • Base pay of $10/hr. plus uncapped commissions (top performers make up to $60k annually) • Weekly and monthly contests, bonuses, and prizes • Guaranteed commission of $800-1800 over your first three months *subject to change at any time • 100% Paid Virtual training for 6 weeks • Schedule consisting of 4 weekdays & 1-weekend shift, working no later than 11-8 pm EST • A diverse and inclusive culture • Comprehensive Medical, Emotional, Dental, and Vision coverage, plus 401(k) match • Company-paid Life Insurance and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Supportive Coaches to help you reach your commission and career goals • Opportunity for career advancement in Leadership, Compliance & Recruiting • Company-provided equipment What We Look For: • Willingness to learn and be coached, no prior sales experience necessary. • Persuasive communication skills with a professional vocabulary. • Exhibit adaptability, resilience and grit while effectively handling rejection. • Honesty, integrity, and ethical sales practices. • Goal-oriented mindset, driven by achievement. • Ability to work in a goal and performance-based environment. • Strong computer skills and multitasking abilities. • Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a background check, drug screening, and other applicable screenings. • Must have reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
