What will I do in the role? • Have a ‘can do’ attitude • The first point of contact for all customer queries • Brand ambassador for your client • Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, webchat and email • Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation What do I need? • Experience working for a retailer • Experience working in a luxury background • Experience within any of the following: Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion • A desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach • Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Works well within a team • Confident IT skills • Flexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and willingness to learn • Great attention to detail and highly organised • Fluent in German • C2 Level of English required Education/Studies: Not essential, but beneficial) • Graduated from the Fashion Retail Academy • Communication Fields, such as Marketing/PR/Advertising • Make-up Artists • Qualifications in Dermatology or Skincare Working Hours: • Part time – 20 hours per week • Wednesday 9am-6pm, Thursday 2pm-6pm and Friday 9am-6pm • Start date 18th October 2024 until 31st January 2025 Location: • Remote (WFH) or in our Southend-on-Sea office Homeworking Eligibility Please refer to the following links to ensure your laptop/pc has the current supported systems: Windows 10 - Windows 10 Home and Pro - Microsoft Lifecycle | Microsoft Learn Windows 11 - Windows 11 Home and Pro - Microsoft Lifecycle | Microsoft Learn macOS - Apple macOS | endoflife.date Windows MUST be a Windows 11 compatible machines, but MUST also be equipped with the following: Windows 10 22H2 or Windows 11 22H2/23H2 8th Generation (or later) Intel i-Series processor or 3rd Gen (or later) AMD Ryzen processor 8GB RAM Minimum 15GB+ Free Storage Space Apple/macOS MUST be equipped with the following: macOS 12 (Monterey) or later 8GB RAM Minimum 15GB+ Free Storage Space Please note: We do not allow Chromebooks or support Windows devices running in ‘S Mode’.
