Ashley Furniture HomeStore is America's #1 Furniture & Mattress Retailer! Our Ashley Home Store in Fort Wayne is growing and we want YOU! The Office Receptionist is a full time position with the following hours (able to be flexible): Saturday 10-6 or 12-8, Sunday 12-5 and 3 shifts during the week at 12-8pm. Below are some of the responsibilities:  managing and handling customer inquiries when they come to the office  answering incoming telephone calls  calling our customers regarding their orders and/or deliveries  working with our sales staff to provide the best shopping experience for our guests  processing applications for our finance vendors  handling payments from customers  closing out cash drawer and reconciling the days business You must be friendly, outgoing, reliable, and able to multi-task. We need someone that can be available to work weekends and evenings. Pay and compensation will depend on previous experience and skill set. We will work with you on being flexible.
