Customer Service Representative – Night Shift (Remote) Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. CST Location: Remote - Must live within 35 miles of Kaukauna, WI so that you have the ability to train in office. Industry: Trucking & Logistics System Experience Preferred: TruckMate About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented, calm-under-pressure Customer Service Representative to join our 3rd shift team. This fully remote position plays a critical role in scheduling, assigning, and monitoring loads to ensure top-notch customer service and driver support during overnight operations. What You’ll Do: · Accept, schedule, and assign loads using TruckMate or similar TMS · Communicate with drivers and driver managers to align schedules and priorities · Monitor load progress to ensure on-time pickup and delivery · Address customer and driver concerns with professionalism and clarity · Balance the needs of drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth night operations · Maintain records and input updates accurately within our systems What We’re Looking For: · Prior experience in a transportation, dispatch, or logistics support role · Familiarity with TruckMate a strong plus · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities · Ability to stay organized and focused during overnight hours · Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently · Must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S. Why You’ll Love Working With Us: ·
