We're on the hunt for a dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused individual for a position at a renowned multinational firm in Pittsford, NY. Initially, this role is temporary, but it offers excellent potential for permanent employment. This is an ideal opportunity to pivot your customer service expertise into the dynamic healthcare industry! As a Customer Service Representative, you will:  Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries.  Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience.  Accurately document call content in real-time. Schedule:  Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM  Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM  5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)  Note: Rotating holidays as needed.
