Part-Time RN - Nurse Jobs Hiring Company: Epic Healthcare Management... Epic Healthcare Management is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis at our Skilled Nursing Facility. New grads are welcome to apply! Registered Nurse (RN) Duties:
- Provide advice and support to Residents and their families, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Monitor Residents and administer medication and treatments according to care plans.
- Document Resident care services accurately and thoroughly in Resident and department records.
- Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols to protect Residents and staff.
- Resolve Resident problems and needs by collaborating with multidisciplinary team members.
- Assure quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies and standards of care.
- Maintain Resident confidence by handling information with confidentiality.
Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Previous experience in Long-Term Care is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with Residents, families, and team members.
- Friendly demeanor and strong team player attitude.
