This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.As the C&L Infrastructure Mission Subsystems Systems Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 30 systems engineers across multiple domains and disciplines. The successful candidate should be detailed oriented and be able to work collaboratively with multiple remote teams and disciplines.What You’ll Get To Do:Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following: - Lead the Systems Engineering Capabilities activities for the Command & Launch C2 element. - Coordinate vertically and horizontally with multiple engineering teams and organizations. - Coordinate with customer and supplier engineering teams. - Coordinate Incremental Functional Capability activities to shape team priorities. - Lead Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) coordinating with specialty engineering teams. - Organize and lead execution of multiple Critical Design Review events.Position BenefitsAs a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Defense Systems, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline and 8 years of experience performing in a Systems Engineering or related technical discipline. - Must have U.S. Citizenship with a current DoD Secret clearance with ability to gain SAP access. - At least 3 years leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule. - Ability to travel up to 25% of the timeThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:- Active DoD Top Secret with SAP clearance - ICBM Experience - Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience - Experience managing programs or subcontracts in an Earned Value framework – Control Account Manager certified - Strong understanding and broad application of engineering systems (engineering standards, configuration management, material review board, process control, tooling, facilities, software, etc.) - Strong oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated experience with high value customer presentations, with ability to focus on multiple projects with competing priorities - Demonstrated experience in making sound decisions in uncertain and difficult situations- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and present to project and program management, other technical managers, and customers. - Excellent technical writing skills, and team building skills.Salary Range: $161,500.00 - $242,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
