MARKETING AI AUTOMATION SPECIALIST
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Marketing AI Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, leveraging AI and automation to drive growth and enhance customer engagement.
This is a REMOTE option – Those residing in AZ, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NE, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, & WI are welcome to apply!
Compensation for this position starts at $75,000
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and implement robust GTM strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to optimize marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM plans.
- Analyze market data and customer insights to inform GTM strategy development.
- Lead the creation of marketing materials and content that support GTM initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of GTM strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities through strategic planning and execution.
- Ensure that all GTM activities are aligned with brand identity and messaging.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align GTM strategies with sales goals and product launches.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in AI and automation to continuously improve GTM strategies.

- Proven success in developing and executing effective GTM strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and AI tools.
- A deep understanding of customer journey mapping and its role in GTM strategies.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
