The representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and providing information concerning our services. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat 2. Resolve customer complaints professionally 3. Provide information about our services and offers 4. Document and update customer records based on interactions 5. Develop and maintain a knowledge of our evolving services 6. Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives 7.
