Contracts Paralegal (Part-Time, Remote)

Latitude is seeking a highly experienced Contracts Paralegal for a contract engagement with a government contractor client. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience supporting a wide range of contract types, including software licensing, professional services, vendor and service provider agreements, contract labor arrangements, and complex government contracts. This includes both procuring services from the U.S. government and serving as a government contractor, as well as managing multi-party contracts involving foreign governments and international contractors.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of FAR, DFARS, and relevant government compliance systems such as the System for Award Management (SAM), Exostar, and similar platforms. This role involves close collaboration with internal departments to ensure timely and compliant contract execution and requires maintaining strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, as well as with clients, government entities, and supply chain partners.Basic Requirements for the Corporate Paralegal:

• 10+ years as a contracts paralegal working on a variety of different types of contracts
• Working knowledge and application of US Government contract compliance, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
• Experience maintaining and managing a contracts management platform and generating status reports of existing agreements as required
• Experience drafting and negotiating contract terms and conditions and preparing standardized terms for new contracts
• Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced corporate environment
• Excellent time management skills with ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize work

Position Details of the Corporate Paralegal:

• Type of role: Contract Engagement (minimum of 6+ months)
• Schedule: Part-Time (15-25 hours/week average with occasional 30+ hour weeks)
• Location: Remote

Compensation:Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 when calculated on a full-time basis.Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications and credentials.Benefits: All Latitude legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage.
