YouTube Video Producer

Using humor, emotion, intelligence, and to-the-minute pop cultural aptitude, we provide fans with unique content that breaks down the biggest stories in the game in ways that are authentic, meaningful, and compulsively entertaining. 

We are looking for a temporary YouTube Video Producer who is detail oriented, able to juggle multiple fast moving tasks at once, and passionate about the game of soccer. This team member will be working to edit, produce, publish, and organize our YouTube content across the entire organization

YouTube Video Producer

Location: United States, Remote 

Role Type: Temporary, 3-6 months

What you’ll do:

• Review and approve video edits across podcasts, interviews, and specials
• Create thumbnails, write headlines and descriptions
• Publish videos, manage playlists, and optimize metadata
• Post updates on the Community tab and monitor comments
• Edit and publish YouTube Shorts from internal and social content
• Collaborate on YouTube-first content and repackage legacy content
• Test thumbnails and reorganize older videos for performance
• Coordinate live streams, including setup, script support, and post-show updates

What you need:

• 3+ years of experience in YouTube channel management & digital media production
• Strong ability to work quickly and accurately in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Premiere)
• Proven ability to write and create engaging headlines, thumbnails, descriptions, and posts
• Deep experience working in YouTube, including SEO & livestreaming
• Past experience working in a fast paced digital media environment, ideally in sport and/or soccer
• Undying passion for the game of soccer, both domestically and internationally
• Ability to work the occasional weekend to support live coverage
