Telehealth Nurse Care Coordinator (RN or LPN) - Remote Patient Monitoring

We are looking for full-time, part time and PRN (as needed), RNs or LPNs to remotely monitor patients with chronic conditions.

2. Clinical staff (that would be you!) that provides monitoring and care management services to patients enrolled under the physician's general supervision.

This is a strictly commission-based role. Our nurses have a list of patients that they remotely monitor and communicate with on a regular basis.
