The Recruiting Administrator will represent recruiting by interacting with both external candidates as well as current team members. This person’s number one goal is to provide the best customer service experience with everyone they interact with. Daily tasks include: Respond to customer inquiries on our Social Media sites Operate a multi-line phone system, photocopier, fax, printer and other general office equipment Greet interviewees as they arrive for their interviews Act as point of contact for external career fairs Work with internal teams to create recruiting media materials Travel when needed to assist with recruiting efforts on site (Apply To This Job
