Insight Global Remote Customer Service Representative in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania

Job Description

One of our large Healthcare Insurance clients is actively looking for a Outbound / Inbound Remote Customer Service Representative. This candidate will be responsible for helping all members of Centauri Health Solutions / Medicaid members renew benefits by verifying the applicant, and then do a quick screening of the applicants income. Once you complete income form, you will do an authorization for eligibility, & if eligible they will be authorized us to work with the state for the renewal application process. You will then submit the renewal on the members behalf. This project has a lot of moving parts and requires a 2nd Monitor.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Customer Service Experience, both inbound & outbound

Good communication and professionalism

Can work 40 hours weekly

Windows 10 or 11 based system – NO MacBook or Chromebook

Must have a WIRED internet connection that belong to them/ their household. Cannot be public access

Must have USB headset

2nd Monitor Required

Internet Speed Test; Download Speed 25-50Mbps & Upload Speed 15-20Mbps

8GB RAM or Higher ”’
