Job Description Summary Provide a variety of support services to wholesalers. Establish and maintain relationships with Investment Advisors (IA’s) and contact them on behalf of the (RVP) External Wholesaler to schedule appointments for them to educate them on Nationwide products. Make follow-up calls to confirm appointments and ensure that IA’s have sufficient quantities of sales material, such as product brochures and sales kits.

Reporting Relationships: Reports to Manager, Internal Sales & Services
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather information from Internal Wholesalers (RIC) and External Wholesalers (RVP). Collaborate with Investment Advisor and wholesaler to keep calendar up to date and manage reschedules.
- Pre-call planning/call prep. Review lists, search database for relevant information. Prepare targeted email for mail merge or individual mailings.
- Conducts call-outs and email merge to schedule appointments by call, virtual, group or in person. Manages the replies and sets appointments.
- Prospecting-looks for IA’s that have not done business before or in an extended amount of time and introduces them to the current Nationwide products.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
