Position Title: Customer Service Specialist - Overnight/Weekend Support
Department: Scheduling Dept
Reports To: Call Center Manager
Schedule: Full Time - 36 hours; Friday- Sunday 12 hour shifts
Salary Range: $20-22/hour
Founded in 2010, located in Portland, Oregon, Linguava is a full-service language service provider with an expertise in comprehensive, responsive, and high-quality language access for patients, providers, families and coordinated care organizations. As our remote Customer Service Specialist in the Scheduling Department, we are looking for a person with several key administrative skills including efficient time management, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills.
Responsibilities:

Handling and resolving email requests from a dedicated client and interpreters related to scheduling, as the first point of contact.
Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, when needed.
Efficiently input data & maintain accurate database information.
Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager.
Manage all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries.
Manage all inbound interpreter calls, emails and securing interpreters to cover appointments.
Managing all of the appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both Linguava and client service levels for securing interpreters to the appointments.
Other duties as assigned.

Proficiency with standard software applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), and familiarity with other web-based applications

Experience Requirements:

The Hybrid Customer Service Specialist must possess the following skills and attributes:
2 years of experience in customer service
2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
Exceptional data entry & accuracy skills
Professional verbal & written communication skills
Organized & motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams
Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems
