Remote Customer Service Representative for Innsurance Brokerage

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess strong client service skills, be comfortable in an office environment, and have experience with cash handling and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to clients.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
• Assist in training new staff on customer service protocols as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
• Strong client services skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
• Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information quickly and make sound decisions based on available data.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in an office setting.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures is advantageous.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
