Job Type: Full-time Location: Remote Experience: 1-3 years in international calling (preferred) Industry: IT Services / Digital Marketing / BPO

Shift Timing:5:30AM to 2:30PM (Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100+ outbound international calls daily to prospects and clients (primarily US Australia, etc.).
• Engage with leads to understand their business needs and introduce relevant company services.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales/business development team.
• Send follow-up emails and handle basic email communications to nurture leads.
• Maintain and update CRM with call outcomes and lead information.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Handle initial objections and pass qualified leads to senior team members.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless lead handovers.
• Maintain call scripts and FAQs, and suggest improvements based on feedback and performance.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in international outbound calling or telesales (preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong email writing and professional etiquette.
• Ability to handle rejections, stay motivated, and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. is a plus.
• Basic understanding of services like digital marketing, web development, or IT services is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

• Minimum 100 outbound calls/day
• Email follow-ups – 20+ per day
