- Turn skeptical sellers into real conversations
- Uncover pain, qualify motivation, and move leads through the pipeline
- Build fast rapport using tone, pace, mirroring, and empathy
- Follow up relentlessly until you get the answer—yes or no
- Work directly with the acquisitions team to push deals to the table
- Own your pipeline and your numbers—no excuses
- Stay late if a deal’s hot. Show up early if your pipeline’s cold.
- Base salary + Commission ($30,000 + $50,000-$70,000 OTE)
- Top performers track toward management, profit share, and investment ops
- 2–4 signed contracts/month by Month 3
- You track your KPIs and improve them weekly
- You own your pipeline like it’s your name on the company
- You ask for feedback before it’s given
