Our team delivers exceptional financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success, and we're looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team.What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Analyst Staff, you will provide financial analysis and guidance to program managers, IPT Leads, and senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals.Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and providing actionable budgets and forecasts to support business decisions
• Communicating financial performance to management through effective presentation and reporting
• Managing and tracking Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation and program performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals
• Identifying and resolving complex financial issues, and developing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Creating analytical tools and reports to support financial decision-making and program performance tracking

• Experience with EVM reporting and analysis tools
• Strong interpersonal, written, analytical and verbal communications skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tool kit.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Self-starter/motivated individual.
• Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance.

Desired skills

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Large data analytical skills and tools knowledge such as Tableau, Cost systems (SAP, COBRA, etc.) knowledge/experience
• Strong Analytical & Critical Thinking skills, Proactive problem solver
