Job description: Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Occupational TherapistShift: Days / 7a-5p, 10x4, 40 hours per week, On call per unit requirements, weekends requiredLength: 13 weeksRequirements:
- CO License
- 1 Year experience
- AHA BLS
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Master's Degree preferred
- Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred
- Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
- All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.
- Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a
- Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte.
