In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through both on-site and off-site chat channels.As a Tele Chat Support Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for our clients and assist them with any inquiries, troubleshooting, and feedback they may have regarding our products and services.
