Job description: As the Field Account Manager based in the Los Angeles/Orange County Area, you will be responsible for growing revenue through proactive sales of the product portfolio in your territory and developing strong customer relations according to the organizational strategy for your assigned customer base.The successful candidate will be located within the territory. The territory covers Los Angeles and Orange County.What you will accomplish together with us:
- Promote and sell the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or key account to achieve sales and revenue target (portfolio: Lab Weighing, Lab Water, Liquid Handling, Microbiology & Filtration)
- Assess and analyze customer needs, respond to customer enquiries, and suggest products and services as appropriate
- Work closely with a cross-functional team to create a higher market perception and successful strategies to gain business from an account
- Coordinate and participate in marketing activities in the assigned territory
- Frequently assess the potential of each customer and plan to realize into business
- Manage and build strong customer relationships for long-term partnership
- Limited travel a few times a year
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant experience in biotechnology or the pharmaceutical industry
- 3-+ years of sales experience
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, results-oriented, hard-working
- Good teamwork skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
