- Organize, plan, and manage the workflow for highly specialized product teams at the OPIR TAP Lab and BGIF.
- Identify and champion projects for effective tracking, reporting, and continual improvement.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams within SSC/SNGT and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement meaningful work metrics and lead comprehensive analysis efforts.
- Provide transparent, insightful reporting to government partners, directly influencing mission-critical outcomes.
- At least 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Intermediate or advanced certification and extensive practical expertise in Agile or equivalent project management methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
