You’ll manage top-tier accounts (think Walmart, Whole Foods, and beyond), partner with a killer network of brokers, and play a central role in driving our category growth across natural, grocery, and mass channels.What You’ll Do Lead the retail sales strategy across natural, grocery, and mass channels—driving growth and innovation Own high-level relationships with key customers like Walmart and Whole Foods, and lead impactful business reviews Manage, mentor, and motivate our network of brokers—ensuring alignment, execution, and accountability Conduct field visits, run broker check-ins, and support flawless in-store activation Train brokers to be brand champions—armed with the right story, messaging, and promotional tools Develop customer-specific strategies, troubleshoot retail challenges, and unlock new opportunities Collaborate across Marketing, Ops, Finance, and Innovation to bring cross-functional plans to life Own promotional planning, trade spend strategy, and ROI analysis Represent the brand at key trade shows, retail meetings, and category reviews with confidence and charismaWhat You Bring✨ 8–12 years of experience in CPG retail sales, with 4+ years in a leadership role, within plant-based food categories ✨ A proven track record of growing top-tier accounts and managing broker networks ✨ Deep understanding of the retail sales journey—from first pitch to full-shelf takeover ✨ Experience building national sales strategies and setting measurable goals for broker partners ✨ Strong analytical skills—you live for data, forecasting, and making smart trade decisions ✨ Natural leadership presence, with the ability to inspire teams and build trust across functionsWhy You’ll Love It HereBecause we’re more than just a plant-based food brand—we’re a team of doers, dreamers, and go-getters who believe in making food better for people and the planet.
