You are someone who loves working across many stakeholders to design solutions for complex compliance challenges. You will be a be part of a growing team that analyzes and implements Kuiper security controls You will have an opportunity to work across the entire Kuiper organization implementing and managing various security controls along side of Kuiper Security. Kuiper security owns policy and definition of controls, this role owns the coordination, development, implementation, and change management of controls as well as managing defects and improvements. This is an on-site role that requires employees to work from the company's office 5 days per week. Remote work is not an option for this position.Key job responsibilities Experience in Security or Compliance Create, optimize, and support cross-functional working groups and projects, fostering collaboration and synergy across departments to enhance security capabilities. Manage tight deadlines with precision and drive results, exhibiting exceptional attention to detail and ensuring the successful completion of projects and initiatives. Establish and maintain robust program management processes to track goals, milestones, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with Kuiper's strategic objectives. Collaborate with Leadership to author Weekly Business Review (WBR), Monthly Business Review (MBR), and other rhythm of business updates.About the team Kuiper Security and Controls Assurance (KSCA) team drives information security activities and controls closer to the builder, business, and production operations teams with Kuiper. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
