This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring reliable technology systems across our organization.Key job responsibilities This is a 1st shift position working Mon-Fri. 7:00AM to 3:30PM. Shift assignments or hours are subject to change based on business need.

• Process tickets via approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) to triage and resolve customer issues.
• Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and maxOS workstations
• Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot bare-metal windows and Linux servers
• Configure, Deploy, and Replace network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
• Participate in hiring, training and development of others
• Provide technical support for Kuiper Production, lab and launch Infrastructure, components, and associated software
• Provide remote support for Kuiper employees and infrastructure worldwide
• Perform scheduled maintenance and system upgrades
• Assist with project implementations and technology deployments
• Drives engineering best practices (e.g., Operational Excellence, Security, Quality, etc.) and set standards.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities.

In this role, you will build relationships with production teams, mentor, and ensure stability and standardization. The base pay for this position ranges from $54,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $122,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
