Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job DescriptionJob Description:The Title and Records Specialist I position will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles by verifying title information is correct, properly manage title inventory, and the releasing of titles to clients.Job Responsibilities:

• Intake process- scanning all titles into title vault
• Verify and validate titles for title negotiability
• Ship all sold vehicle titles via FedEx or USPS to client
• Responsible for generating and fulfilling picklist
• Responsible for performing monthly title audit and reconciling audit discrepancies
• Responsible for sorting and filing title inventory

Qualifications:Minimum:High School Diploma/GED.Generally, less than 2 years of experience.Preferred:Must have strong organizational skills and be very detail oriented.Ability to type and use 10-key proficiently is preferred.Effective communication skills and strong customer service attitude is required.Be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).Effective communication skills and a strong customer service attitude are required.Work Environment:Office setting.Drug Testing To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
