- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, webinars, events, and content programs.
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to develop email marketing, landing pages, and sales collateral.
- Manage production timelines, review deliverables, and ensure all assets meet brand and quality standards.
- Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Support sales enablement efforts by aligning marketing activities with field and sales goals.
- Maintain campaign trackers, team documentation, and shared workspaces for smooth operations.
- Analyze marketing performance data and report insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Contribute to creative processes including content reviews, brainstorming, and project feedback.
- Serve as a central connector across people, tools, and resources to ensure seamless execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or project management.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and manage multiple projects independently.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote, global team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and project management tools.
- Background in a tech company or marketing agencyFoundational knowledge of B2B marketing, cybersecurity, or demand generation.
- Experience using tools like Workfront, Eloqua, Salesforce, Smartsheet, or Asana.
- Exposure to product marketing or sales enablement teams.
