Provides expertise in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and custom deal review and analysis for Comcast Business enterprise. Works closely with Sales, Pricing Management, Sales Engineering, Contract Management, and others to evaluate and win more business profitably. Manages workflow, staffing, recruitment, and performance management of the Finance team. Conducts financial risk assessment, business case review, offer development, and presents to senior management in support of functional business objectives. Customarily and regularly directs the work of at least two or more other full-time employees or their equivalent.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities
  • Coordinates the daily workflow, assigning tasks and supervising a team.
  • Able to articulate entire pricing solution, risk analysis and present deal opportunity fluently.
  • Modify and manipulate pricing model as needed.
  • Must be able to collaborate with members of the team, senior management and high-level employees in other
  • Cross-functional groups. Will work directly with Sales Engineering, Sales, and Customers.
  • Provides knowledge and guidance to staff in areas of expertise.
  • Analyzes financial and operational data/performance metrics, communicates findings and risks and makes suggestions to improve the process.
  • Ensures compliance with processes, policies and procedures and recommends changes to leadership.
  • Recruits, hires, trains and manages the performance of the Finance team.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
