Chat Support Agent
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chat Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle chat inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism during all interactions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sales techniques is advantageous but not required.
