On Site or Off Site Tele Chat Support

MUTW LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tele Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through both on-site and off-site chat channels. As a Tele Chat Support Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for our clients and assist them with any inquiries, troubleshooting, and feedback they may have regarding our products and services. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships by providing prompt and accurate support. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your strong communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues through chat support in a timely and professional manner.
• Offer product demonstrations and educate customers on new features and updates.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement new customer support strategies and processes.
• Proactively communicate with customers to provide status updates and follow-up on ongoing issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service or technical support role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using chat support software and tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Compensation

Range: $60K - $70K Apply Job!
