About the Role: This position plays a key role in supporting our clinical operations by helping to identify, engage, and secure qualified providers. The role focuses on filling provider vacancies through research, candidate outreach, interviewing, and maintaining a strong network of clinical talent aligned with our organizational needs and care model. What you'll do

  • Coordinate high-volume recruitment efforts for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Therapists.
  • Draft and post job opportunities across job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Identify potential candidates through job board and social media sourcing.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to candidates.
  • Track provider candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and manage workflows.
  • Schedule and coordinate initial interviews with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate clinical interviews with CMOs and schedule follow-up interviews with appropriate team members.
  • Support continuous updates and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct initial provider verifications.
  • Draft and finalize provider contracts and compensation addendums for additional services.
  • Assist in compiling and communicating onboarding details to internal teams

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer service excellence and a professional, people-focused approach.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Proactive and efficient communicator who enjoys engaging with others.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and critical thinking.
