Position Summary: We’re currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about providing top-notch service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and scheduling appointments
  • Provide accurate information regarding plumbing services, pricing, and technician availability
  • Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely service and efficient job flow
  • Maintain detailed and organized customer records in our system
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
  • Uphold Team Rooter’s reputation for outstanding service with every interaction

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience (plumbing or service industry preferred but not required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and standard office technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be available to work the required Tuesday–Saturday 11am–8pm schedule
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
